*Deepen Your Faith
*Discern Becoming a SoulCore Leader
We’re excited the Holy Spirit is nudging you to explore SoulCore! The Blessed Mother has been our gentle guide on this “adventure” with SoulCore and connected us with many beautiful souls along the way!!
The first step is to complete and submit the Online Leadership Application and a Letter of Good Standing (See Below)
Discerned candidates will be invited to attend a SoulCore Discovery Retreat. This Retreat serves as a springboard for those desiring to explore the SoulCore movement, discover the transforming power of the rosary, and discern becoming a SoulCore Leader. This Retreat is a pre-requisite for becoming a Certified SoulCore Leader.
The emphasis of the Retreat is on the spiritual elements of SoulCore, with basic physical alignment instruction. Spiritual and physical formation continues for 60 days post-retreat via online communication, in addition to practicing SoulCore independently before final Leader Certification.
The Retreat consists of an opening evening session and a full day session the following day, typically held Thursday/Friday. The cost of the retreat is $400, not including overnight accommodations.
Our Retreats are offered multiple times per year at our SoulCore Studio near Indianapolis or regional locations around the country. As soon as new dates/locations are finalized they are posted on our website under Become A Leader. Priority registration notice is given to those who have already submitted an application and received an invitation to attend a Discovery Retreat.
We also want to share that SoulCore is not yoga, nor are yoga poses or Sanskrit referenced at any time. It is an entirely new movement based in the prayers of the Rosary. We are continually striving to eliminate confusion with other practices. Prayerful discernment and counsel has lead us to establish a policy that SoulCore cannot be offered at yoga studios or in conjunction with yoga classes. Please let us know if you have further questions about this.
With gratitude for your open heart!! May mercy, peace & love be yours in abundance (Jude 1:2)
