SOULCORE LEADER – KELSEY

Kelsey is a wife and mother striving to live each day attuned to the voice of the Holy Spirit in Bellevue, Iowa. She and her husband, Geoffrey, currently have four children–Creighton, Beckett, Ambrose, and Dorothy. Although Kelsey was raised Catholic, she spent many years doubting the presence and goodness of God, especially in the Catholic Church. Encountering the Lord on a retreat as a young adult radically changed her life, and as she began studying the teachings of the Church more deeply, she realized there is so much more to “being Catholic” than what she had believed as a high school and college student. Kelsey trusts that God’s desire truly is for us to “have life and have it more abundantly” (John 10:10) and loves sharing about the freedom Christ offers to every one of us, and the authentic joy that is a fruit of living our daily lives rooted in Him.

As a former science teacher, track and cross country coach, and pastoral associate at her parish, she is currently embracing (and loving!) the call of the Lord to commit her time wholly to her vocation as a wife and mother, and has joyfully received the call to pray with others through SoulCore. She is excited and honored to extend this apostolate into her sphere of influence and hopes to invite others into deeper union with God through SoulCore–honoring and strengthening the integration of body, mind, and soul. ALL are welcome, regardless of where you are on your journey of faith or fitness!
