Ramona has been a SoulCore student of Daniella Palmiotto for 2 years and attended Daniella’s SoulCore Leader training retreat. When Daniella announced she accepted a teaching position at Ave Maria University in Naples, FL she then asked if anyone would be willing to become a leader and continue the class. Ramona said upon hearing this invitation her spirit leaped inside of her and after prayerful thought she gave Daniella and the Blessed Mother her fiat and yes. Ramona found peace in knowing that God does not call the qualified He qualifies the called. This was inspiration to her that God called her to it and would take her through becoming a SoulCore leader. Staying spiritually strong is a natural for her with daily prayer and attending Mass as often as possible. Staying physically strong has always been a struggle for Ramona but not anymore. SoulCore was the solution the perfect combination of spiritual and physical exercise.
Ramona converted to Catholicism 30 years ago just prior to marrying her husband Chuck. They attribute the strength of their marriage to daily prayer and weekly Mass. They give glory to God for blessing them with two beautiful young adult college aged son and daughter. A long hair chihuahua (pictured) and daschund are a channel of God’s love in their home…just spell dog backwards!

My Name is Clara Baron I have attended SoulCore classes for about 5 years. I began when it was introduced by Daniella Palmiotto and now led by Ramona Joachim. Both of these ladies were my inspiration to become a SoulCore Leader.
As a soon I heard about the retreat and training last November, I signed up. It was an inspirational and unforgettable weekend. I truly love this ministry because it combines two of my passions .. prayer and fitness.
I was not a good Catholic .. but about 9 years ago I was introduced to RCIA class where I learned again the beauty of our Catholic church and the beauty of the Sacraments. I noticed this immense feeling and love for the Eucharist and the Blessed Mother. So when I learned about SoulCore… praying, meditating on the mysteries of the rosary plus exercising, for me has been the way to be closer and closer to God.I am an active member in my parish Saint Joan of Arc. I participate in 2 annual retreats, plus Woman of Grace and Koinonia. I also like to spend time with our Lord in Adoration.
