Andrea is a cradle Catholic, military wife, and mom to two sweet little ones under 3 years old. She is also a Catholic blogger at www.sparklewithgrace.com. As a busy mom and a faithful Catholic, she is always looking for ways to incorporate her faith and prayer into her busy life and she is passionate about sharing that mission with others. That is the primary focus of her blog, Sparkle With Grace, and she found SoulCore to be a natural extension of that mission as well.
While she is not a fitness expert, and actually admits she does not enjoy “working out” in general, she finds the beauty of meditating on the mysteries of the rosary while exercising to be a refreshing change of pace. Since discovering SoulCore, she has developed a love for physical movement as a form of praise and worship. Andrea has always fostered a love of the rosary and has a special devotion to Our Blessed Mother, whom she draws on daily for support and strength, especially while mothering her own children. While praying the rosary one day in the car, she found that the word “SoulCore” kept popping into her mind. She had practiced SoulCore through a DVD in the past but was not regularly utilizing it. When she arrived at her destination, she looked up the SoulCore website and the first thing her eyes landed on was the “become a leader” section. She actually thought God was joking, asking her to become a leader. But over the next several days, God continued to place it on her heart until she finally decided to pursue it, at the continued urging of Our Blessed Mother. She is so thankful that she did and is excited for the opportunity to share this beautiful spiritual practice with you!
