Lori Crock lives in the Columbus, Ohio area where she and her husband Al live and have been married for 33 years. They have two grown children, Sarah and Ben and son-in-law Slade.
Lori is a strength and conditioning coach who teaches kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and movement at her gym, MoveStrong Kettlebells, and at her parish, St. Joseph-Plain City. She plans to offer SoulCore classes at various parishes in the Columbus diocese beginning in November, 2016. Lori has been has been a life-long fitness enthusiast and has acquired fitness certifications in Natural Movement, Hardstyle Kettlebells, TRX, Olympic Lifts, Calisthenics and Crossfit.
Lori’s journey to develop physical strength, in herself and with her clients, has led her into a deeper search for spiritual strength. She loves her faith journey, being active in parish life, and developing holy friendships. She writes monthly columns for the Knights of Columbus in her parish and for the local Catholic newspaper. She launched a website and blog, Holy and Healthy Catholic, and speaks and leads movement workshops for Catholic groups.
The SoulCore Retreat was a beautiful experience of sharing between the leaders and participants that renewed Lori’s love of the Rosary prayers. She looks forward to leading others closer to Jesus through Mary as she introduces SoulCore prayer and movement to her community.
