SOULCORE LEADER – STEFANIE

Stefanie is a cradle Catholic, and the older she gets, the more her life centers around her faith.

She’s been involved in music ministry from the age of 14, playing flute at Mass and assisting in music coordination for the Christ Our Life Conference.

Youth ministry volunteering is also a large part of her life, helping chaperone trips to Steubenville, the National Catholic youth conference, and being part of the “constant adult presence” to support and guide the students.
A mission trip to Haiti in 2017 was a proverbial life-changing experience, leading to involvement in the Purify Project, helping bring clean water to Tanzania, Africa for her church’s sister parish.

Foot surgery and arthritic knees put a stop to her love of running, so she has been finding alternative ways to stay active, including completing 5ks and half marathons with the assistance of a mobility walker and swimming and biking.

She discovered SoulCore while listening to the Catholic Talk Show podcast and immediately felt moved to find and attend a class.

Stefanie is excited to become a certified SoulCore leader and help show others that physical challenges don’t have to create barriers.

STEFANIE’S FAVORITE SCRIPTURE VERSES:

Hebrews 12:1, Isaiah 40:31
