SOULCORE LEADER – CATHERINE

Catherine along with her husband Jeremy and two sons Ethan (16) and Eric (9) reside in Lafayette, Louisiana. They are parishioners of St. Pius X Catholic Church and are active members the ACTS community. Catherine was graced by the gifts of SoulCore brought into her life by Laura Sowels. Each time she attended a SoulCore class she was deeply moved by the overwhelming peace and spiritual growth that she would experience. It was a feeling she wished to give all the opportunity to experience. When Laura moved out of state she asked Catherine to discern becoming a SoulCore leader and that is how her journey began. Catherine practiced as a Physical Therapy Assistant after graduating from college in 1998. She is passionate about helping others to achieve physical, spiritual and emotional growth through exercise, prayerful meditation and motivation.
