Jenn Stonicher lives in Lafayette, LA, with her husband of 15 years, Wesley, and their 4 children, Evangeline (10), Oliver (7), Elliot (4) and Louis (1). They are parishioners of Holy Cross Catholic Church and continue connections to Our Lady of Wisdom Catholic Church on the campus of the University of Louisiana where they met, courted and married, and all of their children are Baptized.
Jenn’s passion for and background in dance has led to becoming an ACE certified personal trainer, as well as becoming SoulCore, Pilates, Zumba, Soul Groove, Schwinn and CycleBar certified. In partnership with 2 friends and through their ministry Heart and Swoll (www.heartandswoll.com), she wrote a book called ToGetHer Fit Restoration Boot Camp. This six-week journey combines the spiritual, physical and mental aspects of being a “temple of the Holy Spirit” (1 Cor 6:19.) Through daily meditation, journaling, workout, Bible study and an accompanying nutrition food plan, Heart and Swoll’s mission is to equip their “Swollsisters” with tools to aid in restoring them to the women they were created to be!
On February 11, 2014, Jenn and her family (3 kids at the time) consecrated themselves to Jesus Christ through Mary with the help of Fr. Gaitley’s book 33 Days to Morning Glory. Since this experience and through the help of Our Blessed Mother, Jenn has felt a greater authenticity to her life. Furthermore, she and Wesley were invited to a Come-and-See meeting for a Catholic lay movement called Domestic Church (https://www.domesticchurchfamilies.com) For the past few years, they meet monthly with other couples and attend annual couple and family retreats to strengthen their faith and grow in knowledge of what it means to be an active and thriving faithful family.
For several years now, Jenn has found peace while praying the Rosary and jogging and also journaling. When a friend reached out to her about attending the SoulCore retreat, she knew it would be something she would love. The weekend experience itself was incredible. Since attending, Jenn has enjoyed praying SoulCore with family and friends and the few times she has been asked to lead private parties and retreats. Jenn is excited about stepping out in faith and seeing where God will lead her.
Since her conversion experience in college, Jenn has been learning that God’s will is in TODAY! Yes, He has great plans for all of our lives, and it starts today!

Catherine along with her husband Jeremy and two sons Ethan (16) and Eric (9) reside in Lafayette, Louisiana. They are parishioners of St. Pius X Catholic Church and are active members the ACTS community. Catherine was graced by the gifts of SoulCore brought into her life by Laura Sowels. It was a feeling she wished to give all the opportunity to experience. When Laura moved out of state she asked Catherine to discern becoming a SoulCore leader and that is how her journey began. Catherine practiced as a Physical Therapy Assistant after graduating from college in 1998. She is passionate about helping others to achieve physical, spiritual and emotional growth through exercise, prayerful meditation and motivation.

Daphne Musso is first and foremost a wife, mother, and Catholic educator. She has been married to Guy for 29 years and is a devoted mother to Blaike, Gabe, Nicholas, and Ava.
Daphne has been an educator for 28 years and has spent the last 24 years of her career at St. Pius Elementary School in Lafayette, LA. There she is committed to assist children and their families in growing in knowledge and love of God.
A Master Catechist, Daphne teaches her seventh grade students how to “live” the gospels by facilitating a year long in-depth scripture study of the four gospels, a curriculum which she authored. She leads her eighth graders on a journey through church history beginning with Acts of the Apostles and ending with the modern Church. She is also a promoter of teaching students the Catechism of the Catholic Church so that by learning what it is that Catholics believe and why we do so, they may fall in love with the faith of their ancestors and see for themselves the gift we have as Catholics. With a deep devotion to Mary, she promotes frequent if not daily recitation of the rosary and active participation in the sacraments of reconciliation and communion.
Leadership roles with Come Lord Jesus, Campus Ministry, Parents for Light, and Junior Legion of Mary have sparked a deeper connection with her desire for evangelization. SoulCore is an extension of that desire to help bring others to Jesus through Mary.
