SOULCORE LEADER – AIMEE

My name is Aimee Kindle and I am a native Texan with Louisiana roots. I grew up in League City, Texas until I turned 18 and went to Louisiana State University, where most of my extended family lives. I moved back to Texas and taught special education for 3 years before I married my wonderful husband. He was in the Coast Guard and we were transferred to Miami, Florida. There we attended Saint Augustine Catholic Church, where I first discovered the beauty of SoulCore. Since attending my first class, I have continued to practice and I am thrilled to now be a leader to share with my community.

Growing up in a very loving, Catholic home the rosary has always been a prayer of peace and comfort for me. Through the many trials and tribulations in life, I have clung to the powerful prayer of the rosary and seen many fruits come from this specific prayer. I have always enjoyed different exercises that strengthen my body, but this is the first exercise that I am not only getting stronger physically but also spiritually.

In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, exploring with my precious two and one year old, baking and drinking a warm cup of coffee.
