My name is Cynthia. My husband and I have been blessed with three children, a thriving small business and a wonderful community to live in. We are active parishioners and a school family at the Church of the Blessed Sacrament in Newark, Ohio.
For me, SoulCore is the perfect combination of taking care of your body, mind and soul, all at the same time! It allows the body to be strong, the mind to rest and the soul to be fed through the intercession of our Blessed Mother Mary.
