SOULCORE LEADER – ERICA

My husband and I are the proud parents of four amazing boys. We are active members of our parish, Epiphany Cathedral in Venice, FL. We joyfully serve our church and community in various ministries and are grateful to raise our boys in Catholic school.

I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Florida. Praying the rosary while exercising has enriched my spiritual life for many years. When I discovered SoulCore I knew immediately that I could further enrich my two passions- Prayer and Exercise!

SoulCore brings the gift of knowing Jesus through Mary. By mediating on the virtues and focusing on scripture, SoulCore has truly deepened my prayer life and spiritual journey. I am thankful to humbly share this beautiful ministry with others.
