Meet SoulCore Leader – Laura
Laura Graefnitz is a board certified health and fitness coach and mom of 6. Her passion for health and fitness and her catholic faith are part of her every day life. Laura is a mom of 6 and lives in Zionsville Indiana. She attends St. Alphonsus Liguori catholic church where she is active in many ministries.

Meet SoulCore Leader – Christina
My name is Christina Fancher-Spiess, and I am a physical therapist and a Bible study enthusiast. I am so excited to help share SoulCore, and help us all strengthen our body, mind and soul through the grace of Jesus Christ.
Two of my favorite Scriptures are: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13, which I understand was also St Joan of Arc’s favorite Scripture. Also, Romans 8:28: “We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, who are called according to His purpose”. I look forward to many years serving as an instrument for God to work through to serve our community.
