Meet SoulCore Leader – Michaela
Michaela Barta is a native Houstonian and considers herself a “missionary of Divine Beauty.” She is grateful to be part of the SoulCore Leader family since 2016 and considers it a great privilege to lead others in prayer through movement.
Michaela has a dance degree from Texas A&M University and extensive background in ministry and dance. She’s a former two-year NET Missionary, young adult minister, professional dance company member & 10+ year dance instructor. She now spends her days desiring to be moved and move others to love beauty, goodness + truth found in the person of Jesus Christ. She enjoys doing this through performing, teaching, creative writing, choreography + speaking.
She relocated to Dallas in August 2024 and is currently partnering with Stella Maris Counseling to offer weekly SoulCore classes in the Coppell area. She also partners with the St. Ann’s Mom’s Ministry on occasion.
