Catholic and her husband Rod converted to Catholicism when their son was born. Both Jamie and Rod have been active at their parish, Holy Trinity Catholic Church since 1996 when they moved to GA. About 6 years ago, Rod and Jamie felt they were being called to do something more for the church. But what…??

Rod answered this call by being lead to discern the deaconate formation program and was ordained last year. Yet , Jamie was still praying, waiting and listening……..

Jamie’s journey to SoulCore is truly an answer to prayer on how she could incorporate her fitness background with spiritual health. She shares that she stumbled upon the SoulCore’s website and she burst into tears. ‘It was as if my soul was overflowing with joy. It was the craziest thing’! Jamie has always loved our Blessed Mother but it was through continued Marian Consecration, she has learned to trusted her more fully.

Jamie has been passionately sharing the health and wellness message for over 30 years. Through her business Jamie Arion HealthyLife, she encourages her clients, motivates them and makes it simple to do. Jamie is the creative force of the Golf Fitness Programming at Braelinn Golf Course in Peachtree City, GA. She also is co-creator of GameShapers hosted by the KPMG Women’s PGA Golf Clinics.

Jamie was touched by how SoulCore bridges the wonderful virtues associated with the mysteries of the rosary. By meditating on the virtues, it is as if the rosary comes ‘alive’ in our world today. The ‘heartbeat’ of Jesus and Mary’s presence becomes so close. SoulCore allows one’s physical body to connect so fully to mind and spirit. Jamie shares SoulCore with the south Atlanta area and beyond with virtual classes along with live classes when possible. Jamie helps others connect to their best self through healthy living, prayerful listening, and trusting our Lord’s timing.

Jamie is SoulCore’s Mentorship Coordinator. The Mentorship Program, which assists new leaders and veteran leaders, bridges the discovery retreat to empowering a leader for a SoulCore class experience.
