TIME CONSTRAINTS?

“Everyone of us needs half an hour of prayer every day, except when we are busy—
then we need an hour.” – St. Frances de Sales
On occasion we receive requests to offer shorter SoulCore Rosaries. We completely
understand time constraints can present a challenge in praying a SoulCore rosary.
By design, SoulCore invites all to slow down, to enter into sacred silence, rest and
contemplation. As SJPII states, “the soul likes to go slow.”
Eliminating these elements for the sake of time would require compromising the
key factors of every SoulCore experience. Strengthening our spiritual muscles by
practicing these disciplines is vital to our everyday lives in order that we may hear
the word of God, rest in Him, and allow Him to transform us more fully into the
image and likeness of His heart and mind and that of Our Blessed Mother. In short,
that our lives can become a living rosary.
May we encourage everyone to enter into SoulCore in much the same way one
would an adoration Holy Hour. A heart disposed to setting aside intentional time
with God, entering into sacred silence in order to actively listen to His word, cultivate
interior peace and grow in virtue through contemplation on His life.
We can attest that spending this time with God in the fullness of body and soul
through SoulCore bears abundant fruit. And as an added bonus, since we know God
cannot be outdone in generosity, he somehow expands the time in our days when
we’ve given Him ours.
