We’re excited the Holy Spirit is nudging you to discern becoming a Certified SoulCore Leader! The Blessed Mother has been our gentle guide on this “adventure” with SoulCore and connected us with many beautiful souls along the way!

This retreat is more than an event – it is a sacred invitation to pause, be still, and allow the Lord to form and inspire your heart. It is a time set apart to receive the abundant graces of the Holy Spirit and to be gently equipped to share the beauty and transforming power of the rosary through the SoulCore apostolate.

When & Where:

SoulCore Discovery Retreats are offered throughout the year, both:

  • In-person (at various locations across the U.S.)
  • Virtually (live from our Marian House Studio)

Applications must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to Discovery Retreat date. 

What the Discovery Retreat Entails:

  • 2-day Discovery Retreat (in-person or virtual) focused on the Soul and Art of SoulCore.
  • 10 weeks of continued spiritual & physical formation via online weekly communication.
  • SoulCore Physical Fitness Certification

Please note: Attending the Retreat and completing the 10-week formation is a prerequisite for SoulCore Leader Certification.

Retreat Cost:

  • In-person Retreat: $900 (includes meals & overnight accommodations)
  • Virtual Retreat: $700

SoulCore Policy:

We want to share that SoulCore is a movement all its own. SoulCore is not yoga, nor are yoga poses or Sanskrit referenced at any time. It is constantly evolving and we are continually striving to eliminate confusion with other exercise disciplines. Spiritual direction, counsel, and prayerful discernment has led us to establish a policy that SoulCore Leaders cannot instruct yoga classes, offer SoulCore at yoga studios or in conjunction with yoga classes. Nor can SoulCore Leaders incorporate yoga poses, terminology, or Sanskrit into any SoulCore offerings,,

To begin your SoulCore Leader formation journey, please submit the Online Application (below).  Once received, applications are prayerfully reviewed. Discerned candidates will be invited to attend a SoulCore Discovery Retreat.
