Meet SoulCore Leader – Tiffany
Tiffany holds certifications as a SoulCore Leader, as well as an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer, and a Plant Based Nutrition Certification from e-Cornell University of Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s Center for Nutritional Studies. She is passionate about SoulCore and helping others draw closer to our Blessed Mother Mary through praying the rosary. As a proud convert to the Catholic faith, her motto in life is “Totus Tuus!”
Tiff currently lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with her two daughters and son. Prior to her career in the health and fitness industry, Tiffany toured internationally as a musical theatre and dance performer and holds a B.F.A. Degree from the University of Florida. Tiff founded an elite personal training and group fitness company in the heart of Boston, MA., specializing in women’s fitness. As a mother, she is a competitive endurance triathlete, and competes in Ironman 70.3 Triathlons. As a SoulCore leader, Tiff strives to create a safe space where you feel worthy, cherished, respected, loved, known, and one of the Tribe.
