Meet SoulCore Leader – Ann
My name is Ann Navara. I am married to my best friend, Ron, who introduced me to the Catholic Church and how I began my conversion in 2013. We live in Irving, TX as empty nesters with 2 grown children. A friend suggested I try Soulcore after feeling like it was hard to find a Christian workout option. I fell in love and it led me to a deeper relationship with our Blessed Mother.
My favorite Scripture verses are Jeremiah 29:11 and Psalms 23. I love how God reminds us He is always with us and has great plans for each of us.
