Meet SoulCore Leader – Deanne
Deanne is co-founder of SoulCore. She is happily married to her husband, Mike, and the mother of 4 young adult children. Deanne and her family are parishioners at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. The integration of prayer and movement has been a sustaining factor in Deanne’s own healing journey and discipline of whole person wellness. She is passionate about helping others find gratitude in the gift of their bodies and growing deeper spiritually. Deanne has a long history in fitness instruction, with certifications in TRX and Pilates. She is humbled and honored that God has called her to this apostolate and loves every opportunity to share it with others.
