It has been my honor and passion to accompany so many wonderful wellness companions toward improved health and fitness for the last 25 years. As an ACE certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and owner of “Higher Fitness and Wellness,” I have gratefully accepted God’s next big call to bless others with SoulCore.
I have been married for 28 years and adore my husband and our sweet kitty, Kaz.
