Meet SoulCore Leader – Lisa
Lisa Gresham has been a Group Fitness Instructor for over 20 years. She has always had a passion for fitness and helping others become a healthier version of themselves. Lisa feels blessed and is extremely excited for the opportunity to unite her passion for fitness and her desire to grow in prayer by sharing SoulCore with her community.
Lisa is happily married to her best friend and is the proud mother of two daughters. Lisa is an active member of St. Anselm Parish in Madisonville, LA.

Meet SoulCore Leader – Maria
Maria Dusang lives in Covington, LA with her husband of 24 years and their 2 children. She is a devout lover of Our Blessed Mother and the Catholic faith. She is a firm believer that mind, body, soul and exercise when united, rooted, in Christ can truly heal and produce growth spiritually as well as physically. She felt called to transform her lifelong love and practice of physical fitness into a fitness practice that is rooted in her Catholic Christian faith.
Maria extends an invitation to experience the rosary in a way that “strengthens the belief that God gives each of his children a body to honor Him with, integrated with a mind to be used for good, and a soul to give Him praise.” We can do so in all things, including fitness and exercise. As a SoulCore instructor, Maria feels blessed and excited for the opportunity to extend the healing ministry of Jesus by bringing this beautiful apostolate of prayer and exercise to help others grow in their faith journey.
Maria and her family are parishioners at St. Anselm Parish in Madisonville, LA. She is a core team member and small group leader of her church parish’s She Shall Be Called Woman program. She loves the beauty of the Catholic faith, enjoys the sunshine, finds joy with a morning daily Mass, is an avid reader and learner of history, and loves walking in nature.
