SOULCORE LEADER – BARBARA ANN
My name is Barbara Ann Suo, and I am a Catholic wife, mother, faith-based health and fitness enthusiast, and a former Special Education Paraprofessional. I live with my husband and our three daughters in Naugatuck, CT. My great love of The Rosary, our Catholic Faith and the Sacraments, our Beautiful Blessed Mother Mary, and a life-long passion for physical fitness, and exercise, have led me to the desire of bringing SoulCore to others. I believe that integrating prayer with exercise can be a spiritually, as well as, a physically transforming experience, when done for the Glory of God and united to Our Blessed Mother Mary. I cannot wait to share this journey of closer union with Christ, and His Blessed Mother, through exercise, and the prayers of the Rosary, with you.
