Meet SoulCore Leader – Ashley
Hello! My name is Ashley Marie and I was born and raised in Miami, FL. I am a parishioner at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and have a great devotion to Our Lady of Lourdes and St. Bernadette Soubirous. I am very close to my wonderful family (two parents, three siblings, and a sweet little nephew) and strive to live my life through the lens of our amazing Catholic faith. I am part of a Catholic praise and worship band with my three siblings called Adore Praise & Worship.
My goal as a SoulCore leader is to help others focus their thoughts and hearts upwards to our Heavenly Father and beautiful Mother Mary. It is also to help others grow in confidence in the Lord’s healing and transformative love for us. I can’t wait to meet you and pray together!
Meet SoulCore Leader – Betsy
Dr. Betsy Guerra is a bilingual psychotherapist, international speaker, author of Hurt 2 Hope, and CEO of the Faith-Based Coaching Academy. She is also a devoted wife, mother of four, and–above all–a woman of faith. After suddenly losing her beloved daughter in 2013, faith rose her up from excruciating pain and she is now known for her contagious joy. She has devoted her life to honoring her daughter through service and giving God the glory. As part of her life mission to ignite faith, unlock greatness, and elevate humanity, she felt compelled to share SoulCore with her community. Describing it as a caress to the heart, she believes this form of prayer, which incorporates mind, meditation, and movement, is the missing piece to her psycho-spiritual approach to coaching.

Meet SoulCore Leader – Luly
A courageous and resilient mom, after losing her husband to cancer and her stepdaughter due to his loss, she is determined to find joy again for herself and her kids. Formerly a professional in the corporate world, she has taken the leap to start her own business, channeling her passion, strength, and creativity into her new venture. Fueled by faith, perseverance, and hope, she is on a journey of healing, rediscovery, and growth, proving that new beginnings can emerge from life’s toughest challenges. She has found strength in SoulCore to honor her late husband and empower other women through personal training to navigate life’s transitions with resilience and grace.

Meet SoulCore Leader – Pauline
Pauline, along with her husband Alex and son Ethan, are active parishioners at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Miami Springs, Florida. When Pauline learned of SoulCore, she was so excited to see there was something that combined two of her passions….Faith & Fitness. She has been practicing and teaching SoulCore for 5 years now and is thrilled to be able to bring this beautiful practice to her Church and Community.
She understands we are called to share the love of Jesus with everyone and leading others to Pray the Rosary with their whole Body, Mind and Soul is a dream come true. She prays daily to do God’s will and reach Jesus through our Beloved Mother Mary.

Meet SoulCore Leader – Cecelia
Peace be upon you! My name is Cecelia, and I have been blessed to be a cradle Catholic, receiving my education in Catholic private schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. Faith has always been at the heart of my life. My family and I attended both weekly and daily Mass during the summer, as well as weekly prayer meetings. We were also deeply involved in the Charismatic Renewal ministry, particularly in deliverance ministry. It was through this experience that my personal relationship with Jesus Christ, as my best friend, was nurtured from a young age.
At 18, a friend invited me to a Rosary Cenacle through the Marian Movement of Priests. That moment was truly transformative—I felt as though I was “born again,” experiencing a profound love and connection with Our Blessed Mother through the daily Rosary and Mass. This deepened my faith in ways I could have never imagined, drawing me closer to Jesus and strengthening my spiritual journey.
While I have been deeply spiritual and Catholic my entire life, I have also had a profound love and passion for health, wellness, and fitness from a young age. I am the founder of Journey Deeper, a ministry that God has graciously entrusted to me. Through our daily Rosary prayers and novenas on YouTube, we invite people into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
I am beyond excited to see how the Lord is bringing all my passions together through *SoulCore*! This beautiful practice feels like it was made for me, and I can’t wait to share it with you. Join me in these healing *SoulCore* Rosaries as we meditate on each virtue while using movement to stretch, strengthen, and restore our bodies—honoring God with both soul and body.
