SC RETREATS AT HERITAGE HOUSE RETREAT CENTER  – MARCH 2026

SoulCore Leaders Sue Soha, Catherine Fuss and I are co-leading 2 SoulCore retreats at Heritage Retreat Center in March. ALL ARE WELCOME! There is a weekday/2 night retreat and a weekend/2 night retreat. We’d love to have you join us for this sacred time of rest and renewal!

Shauna lives in Augusta, GA with her husband, John, and their young adult twin sons. They belong to St. Teresa of Avila Church.  She is a cradle Catholic and the third oldest of 9 children. Faith has always been an important part of her life. After she was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer in 2012, she has been on a journey to find healing for her body, mind and spirit naturally and to help others do the same. Finding SoulCore has been a beautiful step on this healing journey. As a former ballet dancer and instructor, Shauna treasures the gentle, core strengthening movement of SoulCore and loves the opportunity to grow closer to Jesus and Mary in the prayers of the Rosary.
