Meet SoulCore Leader – Beth
Beth is honored to bring SoulCore to the St. Louis metro area. For Beth, SoulCore is the perfect ‘calling.’ Converting to the Catholic faith in 2015, Beth has submerged herself in studying the faith. She has a BS in Biology and MBA, and has worked more than 20 years in an increasing level of management. However, her most challenging and rewarding vocation is being a wife. She has been married 10 years and has been blessed with 3 children in Heaven.
For Beth, SoulCore inspires her because the meditations attach to body movement allowing for a deeper prayer experience. She is overwhelmed with gratitude to be an instrument that brings people closer to Christ, His church and our blessed Mother with exercise and movement through prayers of the Rosary.
She and her husband are members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia, Illinois.
