Meet SoulCore Leader – May

May is a devoted Catholic, loving wife, and mother of two boys whose faith and love for the Blessed Mother deeply shape her life. As a Marian devotee, May finds great joy and strength in praying the Rosary and entrusting her family to Mary’s tender care and intercession. Through her devotion, she has come to embrace the beauty of surrender, peace, and grace in everyday life.
With a heart for spiritual care and a calling to help others find meaning, purpose, and peace, May offers guidance rooted in faith, compassion, and presence. As a Spiritual Care Practitioner, she accompanies others on their journeys toward wholeness, helping them connect more deeply to self, discover their God-given identity, and live with intention and hope.
As a wife and mother, May strives to live a life centered on God, family, and service, sharing His love through both word and presence. She treasures spending time with her family, attending Mass together, watching movies, playing board games, and traveling. These simple yet meaningful moments reflect her belief that faith and love take root and flourish within the home.
As she begins her journey with SoulCore, May is joyfully integrating this beautiful practice of praying with movement as a way to nurture both soul and body. For her, it is a sacred path toward strengthening not only physical well-being but also interior stillness, spiritual resilience, and trust in God.
May believes that we are all called to holiness and that it begins by showing up, seeking truth, and surrendering to grace. Through prayer, reflection, and gentle movement, she invites others to join her in this unfolding journey toward wholeness and peace.
Drawn to the mission of SoulCore, May desires to share the transformative power of combining prayer, movement, and meditation to inspire others to deepen their faith and experience God’s peace. With a joyful heart and a deep love for Mary, she hopes to lead others closer to Christ through this sacred integration of body, mind, and spirit
