I am a cradle catholic and very active in ACTS and OCIA at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shreveport, LA. Married for 45 years to my husband Keith and we have 2 grown girls, Katie and Hannah. I worked as a Health Information Manager at various health systems, consultant and taught at the college level. I am now retired and loving the retirement “way of life”. I have always been interested in health and fitness, have exercised all my life and tried to eat healthy. I attended my first SoulCore class after I retired and knew this was something I could possibly do in retirement. I love sharing SoulCore with others to stay fit and enhance my prayer life.

I converted to Catholicism in 2009 from southern Baptist. I have been the wife of Timothy for 20 years and the mother of 3 kids, McCullough, Bennett and Lang, and 2 cats and 2 dogs! I have been a certified barre instructor for the last 5 years and have added numerous certifications along the way! I love to spend time with my family, paint and everything crafts! I have owned a fabric store with interior design and custom made draperies and owned a monogramming business but have never felt as fulfilled as I do helping people with fitness! I absolutely love the combination of faith and fitness! I am helping people but I get so much in return! I can see how God is using me to bring people closer to Him. In just this short period of time with SoulCore, I can see my own faith getting deeper along with all the people I share this with!
