Meet SoulCore Leader – Lauren
Lauren is a wife, mother, high school librarian, and Pilates and Barre instructor in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She is married to Mike, and together they have Luke (12) and Mary Michael (9 months). They are parishioners at St. Genevieve Catholic Church in Thibodaux. Lauren began taking classes at a local Barre studio about the years ago, falling in love with the technique and results. Adding Pilates to her routine opened up the opportunity for certifications and to become a teacher at the same studio. As a librarian at her local Catholic high school, lector and Eucharistic minister in her parish, and mother to two, she values living her faith fully in her everyday life. Incorporating that beautiful faith, her love of the rosary, and her love of movement lead her to Soul Core in 2025. Lauren is excited to work with people of all ages, moving bodies and souls toward Christ through his Blessed Mother.
