Meet SoulCore Leader – Carrie
Carrie Hansen has been married to her husband for ten years, and together they share the joy of a blended family with four children, three grandchildren, and two Golden Retrievers, Duke and Daisy.
Passionate about the integration of body, mind, and soul, Carrie has always embraced health and wellness as part of her walk with Christ. She is a Certified Catholic Mindset Coach, Certified LiveWell Health Coach, and a graduate of Encounter Ministries. A former marathon runner, she has learned to embrace what she calls “the pace of peace,” allowing movement to become a prayerful encounter with the Lord.
Carrie was first introduced to SoulCore years ago and has found it to be a beautiful way of combining fitness and faith. Today, when she walks, she prays the Rosary, experiencing the fruit of letting her body and spirit move together in harmony with Mary’s intercession.
She and her husband are parishioners at Queen of All Saints in South County, where they continue to grow in their Catholic faith and community life.
Carrie is grateful for the call to serve through SoulCore, allowing the Holy Spirit to continue guiding her on a journey of healing, wholeness, and deeper union with Christ through Mary.
Some of her favorite scriptures include:
Romans 12:2; Philippians 4:8; Philippians 4:13; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Mark 12:30-31;
Proverbs 3:5-6; Isaiah 43:18-19; Psalm 51:10
