Meet SoulCore Leader – Cathy
Cathy was raised in a large Catholic family on Long Island and now lives on the Jersey Shore in a strong Catholic community. She and her husband and teenage son feel blessed to be living so close to the beach and in a place that nurtures their faith. Although a lifelong Catholic, Cathy’s devotion to the Holy Rosary has deepened over the years and she sees SoulCore as the place the Blessed Mother has been leading her. She feels SoulCore is the perfect combination of movement, prayer and peace and her goal is to bring the practice to friends, neighbors and schools in her parish and diocese.
