Meet SoulCore Leader – Terezeja
When I accidentally came upon SoulCore I was struggling with some very serious health issues. I was searching for a way to combine prayer with exercise and something that also included options to modify based on my health and how I was feeling on any given day. SoulCore was an answer to my prayers! After my very first experience I felt an incredible peace and immense gratitude that I had found this amazing way to combine praying the Rosary, deepening my relationship with Mary and a way to heal my soul and my body. As SoulCore continued to bless me in many ways I knew I wanted to share it with others, especially during a time when many of us are feeling so isolated and many unable to attend Mass in person.
As a mom of 2 incredible teenagers, I know when my cup is filled I am able to be the mom and wife the Lord has called me to be! I pray I can pass on the gift of SoulCore to others!
