Lori Crock lives in the Columbus, Ohio area with her husband Al and they are parents and grandparents.

Lori is a retired strength and conditioning coach who specializes in kettlebell training, She is a life-long fitness enthusiast with certifications in Natural Movement, Hardstyle Kettlebells, TRX, Olympic Lifts, Calisthenics and Crossfit.

She has been offering SoulCore at parishes in the Columbus diocese since November, 2016. Lori prays the Rosary daily and loves Our Lady. Lori has had the privilege of visiting Lourdes, Fatima and Medjugorje where her relationship with Our Lady deepened even more. She loves sharing the beauty and peace of the Rosary with others.

Olivia is a devoted wife and mother to five beautiful children. She and her husband homeschool their children and co-own Gather & Pray, a company dedicated to providing tools and resources that encourage families to pray together. Olivia is also the co-founder of Marian Mindset, where she serves as a Catholic mindset coach, helping mothers grow in virtue through the example of Mary. With a degree in education and a passion for lifelong learning, Olivia seeks to support families in their faith journey, encouraging parents to embrace their role as examples of faith for their children.

Soul Core has been a transformative part of Olivia’s own faith journey. She loves how it beautifully nourishes both body and soul, offering a prayerful and restorative practice that serves as a wonderful model for people of all ages to embrace.
