Meet SoulCore Leader – Julia
Julia is a wife, energetic mother of four children, physician and grateful convert to the Catholic faith. She joined the Catholic Church in 2003 and is a member of St. Rose Parish (Perrysburg, Ohio). She discovered SoulCore in 2019 through a journey towards improving self-care and growth in her faith. She loves that SoulCore combines the elements of nourishing her soul while strengthening her body and becoming a SoulCore leader was a natural fit! She delights in sharing the meditations and prayers of the Rosary with the SoulCore participants. She would be honored to share SoulCore with your parish or group in the Northwest Ohio area.

Meet SoulCore Leader – Julie
Hi my name is Julie, I am a wife, mother of 3 and I work as a health insurance account executive. While juggling work and kids I stumbled on SoulCore as a place for ‘me time’ but I found so much more. The movement and the soulful prayer of the rosary sooths my soul and allows me to surrender myself to the Lord. Mary has always found a way into my life in some of my most desperate moments and SoulCore has enabled me to celebrate and thank her. I have a passion for serving others and what better way to do that than through the SoulCore ministry.
