My name is Teresa Reeger and I live in Western PA with my husband Bill. I have 3 adult daughters and have recently become a grandmother for the first time. I have worked as a physical therapist for nearly 40 years and for the past several years, I have searched to find a way to use my professional skills in service to the church. I have found just that as a SoulCore leader where I can offer a safe physical workout to participants along with scripture and reflection based on the mysteries of the rosary.

My patron, Saint Teresa of Avila, has been an inspiration to me for most of my life. Challenges in life will continue to present themselves to us. The guidance of St. Teresa has been an encouragement to me and I want to share that spirit of hope through the SoulCore experience. “Let nothing disturb you, Let nothing frighten you. All things are passing, God never changes. Patience obtains all things. Whoever has God lacks nothing, God alone suffices.”
