Meet SoulCore Leader – Alley
Hi! I’m Alley, a certified SoulCore leader from Windsor, Ontario, Canada, just across the river from Detroit, Michigan. Above all, I am a beloved child of God, a Catholic, a wife, and a newly blessed mama to a sweet baby boy.
At 24 years old, I hold degrees in Psychology, Education & Early Childhood Education. Throughout my life, I have been passionate about intentional movement that honours both the body God has given us and the One who created it.
When I discovered SoulCore, I immediately felt called to its beautiful mission of uniting prayer and movement in body, mind, and spirit. The Rosary has been a part of my life since I was about four years old, when my parents first placed its beads into my little hands. Through SoulCore, I have rediscovered the profound beauty, strength, and peace found in this timeless prayer and in the inspiring apostolate founded by Deanne and Colleen.
I am a parishioner at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Parish in Essex, Ontario, where I also serve with our Healthy & Holy Ministry. Together, we strive to help our parish family grow in holiness by nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
It is my joy to share the gift of SoulCore with others through parish classes, private bookings, and, God willing, retreats in the near future. I look forward to praying and moving alongside you as we encounter Christ through the Rosary.
