Commit to 30 min of movement per day (your choice…cardio, strength or stretch) and pray at least one decade of the rosary each day during the month of May!
This year, we are focusing on praying the Rosary with the Saints. Each day, you’ll receive an email with a video inviting you to pray a decade of the Rosary, accompanied by movements and reflections inspired by a different saint.
