Retreat Overview
This 2-day virtual retreat is designed for those who have applied and received an invitation to attend a SoulCore Leader Discovery Retreat.
The Discovery Retreat is the first step toward becoming a Certified SoulCore Leader. It includes:
– A 2-day immersive retreat
– 10 weeks of post-retreat spiritual formation and physical certification via weekly online communication
Please Note: Completion of both the retreat and the 10-week formation is required for SoulCore Leader Certification.

Day 1: The Soul of SoulCore
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET
- Full SoulCore Rosary Workout (prior experience helpful but not required)
- SoulCore Inspiration Story & Faith Sharing
Day 2: The Art of SoulCore
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM ET
- Mini SoulCore Workout
- Anatomy, Sequences & Elements of SoulCore
- Practice SoulCore Elements
- Integrity of SoulCore, Closing Remarks & Prayer
Post-Retreat
- Begin your 10-week continued spiritual & physical formation journey toward Leader Certification

- 100% refund for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the retreat
- 50% refund for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the retreat
