“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be given you besides.”Matthew 6:33

When God is given the highest value, order is established. This simple yet profound truth reflects the beauty of Divine Order… a sacred rhythm that unfolds when we place God at the center of our lives. It’s not about perfection, but about alignment: ordering our days, our hearts, and our actions according to His will.

When we surrender to His Divine Plan, we begin to experience peace, purpose, and clarity – even amidst life’s storms.

Why Prioritizing God Brings Order:

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”Psalm 119:105

When we place God first, He becomes the foundation of our values. His Word and commandments offer a clear path to walk in truth and virtue.

Put into Practice: Begin each morning in stillness with Scripture and prayer. Consider praying a decade of the Rosary with movement through SoulCore to unite body and soul in the discipline of virtue.

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works.”Ephesians 2:10

God’s plan brings clarity to our purpose. When we live in Divine Order, even the little things we offer – our sacrifices, our yeses – carry eternal meaning.

Put into Practice: Reflect daily: “Lord, how can I glorify You today?” Let your actions flow from this posture of offering – whether in your work, relationships, or acts of service.

“For God is not a God of disorder but of peace.”  1 Corinthians 14:33

Trusting in Divine Order allows us to rest in the truth that God is sovereign over all things. Chaos does not have the final word, Christ does. In fact, an acronym for Chaos is “Christ Has All Our Solutions”.

Put into Practice: When anxiety or confusion arises, remember to pause and focus on your breath. Pray a Hail Mary, which research shows is the most calming to the vagal nerve, and involves the “Rosary breath” (inhaling for a count of 5, exhaling for a count of 5). Another option is to breathe in “Come, Holy Spirit, and exhale “Jesus, I trust in You.” You will feel your body and soul realigning in His peace.

“And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.” – Colossians 3:15

Living in Divine Order brings harmony to our families, communities, and the world. When we live according to His design, we become instruments of unity and peace.

Put into Practice: Examine where God might be inviting you to bring peace or greater order in your home, your schedule, or your conversations. Ask for the grace to respond with humility and love.

“Let all things be done decently and in order.” – 1 Corinthians 14:40

Each time you experience SoulCore, you are invited into a rhythm of Divine Order – cultivating interior peace, growing in virtue, and honoring your body through strength and movement. It becomes more than exercise; it becomes a sacred practice of reordering your day around what matters most: God’s presence, His Word, and the deep interior strengthening of your soul.

Put into Practice: Integrate SoulCore as a daily discipline of Divine Order.

St. Augustine says, “Peace is the tranquility of order.”  May we begin and end each day with this peace, anchored in a life aligned with Him and in His Divine Order.
