What does the Discovery Retreat Entail:
The Discovery Retreat consists of an opening evening session and a full day session the next day (offered in-person or virtual) with an emphasis on the spiritual elements of SoulCore. This is followed by a 10-week online continued formation period on the spiritual and physical disciplines of SoulCore, including SoulCore Physical Fitness Certification.
Please note: The Discovery Retreat and completion of the 10-week continued formation is a pre-requisite to attaining SoulCore Leader Certification.
Varies based on in-person and virtual offerings. (Range from $600-$800)
Please email Leigh at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about student rates and financial assistance.
We want to share that SoulCore is a movement all its own. SoulCore is not yoga, nor are yoga poses or Sanskrit referenced at any time. It is constantly evolving and we are continually striving to eliminate confusion with other exercise disciplines. Spiritual direction, counsel, and prayerful discernment has led us to establish a policy that SoulCore Leaders cannot instruct yoga classes, nor offer SoulCore at yoga studios or in conjunction with yoga classes. Please let us know if you have further questions about this.
With gratitude for your open heart!! May mercy, peace & love be yours in abundance (Jude 1:2)
